Land acknowledgement
The Loring Pastoral Charge acknowledges that St. Andrew's United Church in Loring and St. Paul's United Church in Golden Valley are on the traditional land of the Anishinaabek (Ojibway/Chippewa, Odawa and Algonquin) peoples. Due to the Robinson-Huron Treaty we share this land as treaty people. As treaty people we need to be honest and forthcoming about our past and intentional about reconciliation now and in our future.
